This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, stains, water damage, improper care, accidental damage, misuse, alterations, or damage caused by another person or repair service.If you believe your item has a craftsmanship defect, please contact us with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Once reviewed, we will determine whether the item can be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
